In case Rudolph's nose stops working, Santa can wear his own lighting as backup. This suit has over 100 super-bright white LEDs mounted within the fur accents on the costume. The flashing rate can be controlled, with slow, fast, and steady glow as the three options.

We also created the lighting effects in this character's head for Busch Gardens of Orlando, Florida. The light needed to be as bright as posssible (it's Rudolph, after all), but also be safe enough to wear without excessive heating of the performer's face.
