For lack of a better name, we refer to this Enlighted original as the "snowball" dress. A white corset has been covered with a slightly textured fuzzy material. A halter-style neckband is made of a cluster of spheres covered by the same fabric.

This fabric acts as a translucent diffusing layer when the spheres are glowing. A short skirt and knee-high white platform boots complete the futuristic look.
