Enlighted was commissioned to create these lighted arm gauntlets for Chehon Wespi-Tschopp, male winner of So You Think You Can Dance (SYTYCD) Season 9.

The base structure is a set of padded athletic arm guards. We covered the logos with black spandex, and installed a mix of purple EL wire outlines and cool white LEDs filling in two regions on each pad.

The lights are controlled on separate circuits, so they can be used with just the EL wire on, just the LEDs on, or with both parts lit up.

We created these in late 2012, as Chehon was preparing for the SYTYCD tour.
